Child/ Extra person policy : A maximum of 2 children up to 5 years are allowed free of charge subject to room occupancy capacity.
Extra person charges are applicable for anyone above 5 years of age.Extra person (MATTRESS PROVIDED).
VISITORS POLICY:-We have a compulsory cover charge of INR 1500/- Plus taxes,including one meal.
RIGHT TO ADMISSION :- Anandvan reserves the rights to deny admission or ask particular guests to leave the property to ensure safety and comfort of other guests.
The decision taken by the management shall be final and binding in all such situations.
RESTAURANT/DINNING :- Buffet/ TDH meals are served at our restaurant.
BUFFET/ TDH/ A la carte options is at a discretion of the management,depending on occupancy and meal plan.
ALL MEALS SERVED IN THE PACKAGE ARE VEG.
Room service is available only for beverages,starters and snacks.
Room service is at the discretion of the management and may not be available during peak days.
OTHER NOTES:- Being an Eco friendly hotel,we try to conserve resources and minimize the use of laundry chemicals and hence bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days.
Fresh towels and linens are provided during check in.
Daily housekeeping provided between 9.30 am to 6 pm..
Actual time will vary from room to room.
Please take care during your presence at the resort.
The management will not be held responsible for any injury caused to the guest at the resort.
Bursting crackers is strictly prohibited.
Early check in and late check out facility is extended subject to availability and is at the discretion of the resort.
Booking confirmation via E-mail /SMS (with booking ID) and a valid photo ID(with address)is required for all the guests.
Photo ID proofs accepted are Drivers license,voters card,passport,aadhaar card.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
Room will be checked by the management and in case of any damages/breakages management will have the rights to take appropriate action and in terms of monetary losses,the guest will be held responsible for the remuneration of the same.
Any bags /baggage's/things left behind in the rooms ,management will not be responsible to maintain its safety.
Management will try its best to keep the lost and found items at the resort and return it back after its verified.
Room keys to be handed over to the font desk manager at the time of final billing.
Check out process will be considered complete after the settlement of the balance outstanding.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATION.
ADVANCE ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Under any unforeseen circumstances and if intimated 15 days in advance,reservations can be utilized within the next 30 days,subject to availability & with prior reservation and payment of difference in rates if any.
Strictly NO REFUND or adjustments on bookings made between 20th DEC - 5th JAN,DIWALI WEEK and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OVER WEEKENDS.
