THE HOLIDAY RETREAT- A hill top overlooking the backwaters of dhom dam is located 11km form wai at a village named welang, it is a 10 acre hill property that offers a complete panorama of the back waters and the great sahyadri. Entirely isolated from the city hustle bustle, this tranquil location is ideally suited for adventure enthusiast.

Anand Van has always cherished its farm activities and hence decided to open our farmstead in nearby shendurjane village for our guests to enjoy and learn farming. “Cattle n Crop” is open for all nature lovers who wish to spend quality time at a farm.
